Did you know that almost your entire day is comprised of habitual patterns? From the time you get up to the time you go to bed. Day after day, week after week, year after year.
Were you aware that we are all programmed from our childhood? We form belief systems that may or may not allign with who we want to be. In truth, our upbringing gives us a limited perspective of who we could be. So, as we grow up we create habits according to those belief systems. Most of the time, we are not even aware of the continuous cycle we repeat day after day. So ask yourself, are those patterns serving you well?
If you want to change your life, you must change your habits. The habits that propel you to success should be in alignment with your desires. In order for us to succeed at anything in life, we have to take action. Those actions have to be taken with careful process and structure. There has to be a system and most importantly accountability. Your level of success depends on those actions being consistently performed. It's an ongoing process. That planned process consistently performed over a period of time becomes habit.
